YFC is a movement that reaches young people everywhere with the hope of Christ. We work with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement.

A Word from Our Executive Director

Have you ever heard a story that crushed you...a child being beaten or a family divorcing? It’s especially hard when you see it happening to an innocent youth. Have you ever wanted to help but didn’t know how? Sadly, the real needs of people are seldom easily met. Poverty, crime, abuse, broken families, loss of hope and spiritual hunger are problems found in every community. While I don’t claim to have all the answers, I believe we have discovered some crucial principals of effectiveness that we use at Central Ohio Youth for Christ.

Our chapter works diligently to share Jesus with teens from all areas of Central Ohio and from all walks of life. From our Board of Trustees to our ministry staff and volunteers, we seek to share His story while ministering with love, kindness and compassion.
Ministry Training
Grow in Your Ability to Serve Others
At COYFC, we believe that God desires for all believers to grow in their capacity to serve others. COYFC provides ministry training to all staff and volunteers across all ministries and roles in an effort to increase the quality of ministry as we grow and learn together. This training is provided both in person and online.
