Where Everything Changes

Why Take Teens to Camp?

One of our staff members says it perfectly:

"Taking kids to YFC Camp is like hitting relational and spiritual fast forward."

Our team loves the time they spend with kids at Camp. The distance from home creates space so the students can put their attention on what God is trying to tell them during the teachings and family group discussions. Teens are more open to deep and impactful sharing and conversations, and we see God work in such wonderful ways. Many lives have been spiritually impacted by the time they've spent with peers and ministry leaders at Camp.

It costs on average $250 to send a YFC teen to Camp. We ask students to pay a $50 deposit, but we also allow them to "earn" this through community service opportunities.

Will you help provide scholarships so teens can experience these life-changing camps and retreats?

From a Ministry Leader

"At our recent YFC Camp, many students were vulnerable and shared honestly about pain and struggles they’ve faced in life. Their sharing was hard to hear at times, but this showed that they were sincerely interacting with God’s Word and with each other."
