We'll Come to You
Wellspring Community Outreach provides community-based counseling, case management and prevention services that promote the health of youth and families in their communities of support. We employ a highly relational, trauma-informed and holistic model to facilitate these services. Case managers and clinicians come alongside youth in their community and in conjunction with their support systems to encourage thriving in all areas of life. Youth who are 11-19 years old with Medicaid insurance are eligible for this program. However, younger and older individuals may be eligible as well.

Pro-Social Opportunities
We partner with Central Ohio Youth for Christ to gain access to pro-social opportunities for youth. (These are available but not required.) Activities include:
- Specific job-skills training
- Sports and recreation programs
- Art and music programs
- Bible studies
- One-on-one mentoring
- In-school group mentoring
- Mentoring and Bible studies for teen mothers
- Dealing with life changes
- Behavioral issues at school
- Behavioral issues at home
- Healing from past abuse/neglect
